Then, here I am.
I want to tell you about my working experience. It's been six months I'm working in Oleochemicals industry as a Admin HR and I'm so exciting for what I've been through until I get here.
The first company that hiring me is a battery production company called Sanyo Energy Batam. We were about thirty people recruited from Depnaker siantar, a government department for taking care about employment issues. I was working as a operator for one years. I had working shift; morning and night shift. It's been hard for stand all the night in night shift for the beginning but then I found finally night shift is more enjoyable then morning shift. In the night shift, I could do many things in my morning spare time, then took a rest in the afternoon. Then, after working for one years, I went to college. When I report to my supervisor that I was registered in a college, they rotated me into another department that has morning shift only, so I can do my duty as a worker and students also. It was a good news for me as I know there are many students has shift working time and get difficulties in their study and working place too.
Being a students and a worker, I have many friends around me. That's why I am really didn't care about other people including my siblings. I spent my time for traveling with my friends in working place and studying with my classmates. Especially when I join with students christian organization and being a secretary. I lost my friends one by one, and never call my family in many times. I have a lack of time management. It feels bad, I am such a loser that hidden by the busy moments.
